Goodbye MyBarStaff – Hello MBS

This is not your average rebrand

Change has been coming at MyBarstaff for a while now, but what’s this big change all about? We are very excited to unveil our new brand: Say hello to MBS.

This isn’t your average rebrand though, alongside the complete overhaul of the MyBarStaff brand we’ve made a huge amount of changes internally and operationally to coincide with our new look, including new services, improved services, and improved incentives and benefits for MBS recruits. 

 

 

Why now?

For the last year we’ve been focussing on building a loyal relationship with our clients, refining our processes and testing new tricks. Now we’re ready to roll out our refined, fresh offering.

MyBarStaff as a brand stood strong for many years, but we failed to keep up and some would say we got left behind, but we’ve been working effortlessly behind the scenes, and with our clients to give MyBarStaff a new lease of life – as MBS.

 

What’s changed?

Gone has the dated bar waiter logo and arrived has the clean-cut, modern look and feel of MBS. MyBarstaff has always been a fresh, professional company – and we have played onto that in this refresh and kept some of the vibrancy and character of the previous brand.

To coincide with our new look we also made a plethora of internal and operational changes, most notably in the new services we are now offering, some of the changes include:

  • New Venue Consultancy service
  • A brand-new training programme – MBS Academy 
  • MBS Gold Standard – Premium event staff and management
  • MBS Home Bars & Bar Hire
  • Redefined recruitment processes 
  • Improved service levels
  • A more personal client relationship
  • Improved employee perks and tailored training through MBS Academy

We’re excited to roll out our new services across the North West and continue on our mission of making the hospitality and events sector a better place for everyone.

 

What next?

There’s never been a more exciting time to be part of the MBS family, our services have evolved, the brand has evolved we’re going to be expanding at a rapid pace.

  • We’ve already recruited 3 new team members into the MBS management team to drive the brand forward.
  • We’re embarking on a big recruitment drive
  • We’re in talks about a new home for the MBS Team

It’s safe to say you’ll be seeing a lot more of us and we’ve got plenty more surprises lined up.
